As the Design and Team Lead for Adidas NEO in Shanghai, China, I managed a team of 6 Graphic Designers and oversaw multiple projects. We used creative mood boards to guide our designs based on market trends and customer preferences.
I also ensured that all our graphics met the brand's standards and worked closely with factories to maintain product quality. I developed strategies to grow the NEO lifestyle brand in China and improved our design processes.
Additionally, I provided art direction for photography and print graphics, ensuring that our visuals aligned with the Adidas aesthetic while fostering innovative ideas. By keeping an eye on fashion trends, both globally and locally, I helped the team stay fresh and relevant in the market.
